Visual Soft FRESHER Software Developer Walk-in Interview 16th-17th July 2008

WALK IN DATES AND TIME: Interested candidates can come in for the Walk In interviews WALK-INS on 15th ,16th and 17th of July
between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

NUMBER OF SEATS = 10 (Preference on first come first serve basis)

DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

• The Candidate will get appointment as a Software developer Jr. from the date of joining.
• The candidate will get training/guidance in technologies used by company in the current running projects for 6 months. (If the performance /Learning speed is good, you may also finish the training in less than 6 months.)
• If any candidate’s performance is found to be good during the training period, then the company can put them on a live project with confirmation and their Salary will be increased accordingly.
• After the successful completion of technical cum Job training, the CTC will be from 1.2L to 1.75L per annum with confirmation of employment in the company according to their performance.
• Salary will be provided from the date of Joining.
• Training will be provided on self support basis.
