Job Description :
We have requirements for the below mentioned position and need E&C (Diploma course Only) students passing out in June 2009.

We would be interested in E&C / Electronics with any combination branch only.
Alarm Monitoring Engineers

The job description is:
Alarm Monitoring/ Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA requirements:
- Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization / Correction / Verification.
- Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines).
- Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outages.
- Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults.
- Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages.
- Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets.
- Supports Major Service outage investigations and follow up.
- Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window.
- Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages.
- Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours.

Here are the details of what we would be offering:
1) Its a rotational shift job (everyone has to go through night shifts). As GNOC is 24*7 function.
2) Employees will be off-rolls, they would be on pay rolls of any of the vendors, but working with NSN (GNOC – Global Network Operations Center), Noida only.

Salary Package – 1.2 lpa, 10 k per month

Eligibility:
1) Only E&C / Electronics with any combination branches candidates with good academic background and good communications.
2) The candidates should have passed out in 2008 batch or passing out in May/June 2009.
3) Should be open to work in night shifts. At the time of technical/HR discussion, the candidate should not be surprised to know that this job involves night shifts as well.
