1. Face of People tree for respective centre.
a.Should have the tact and knowledge to use SAQS, presentations, Audios, Videos, testimonials etc.
b.Handle objections and create a list of objections & escalate the same to the concern person.
2. To handle the queries of the walk-in people.
3. To attain the phone calls coming in and direct them to the respective individual.
4. Maintain the record of employees.
5. To assist the reporting manager in running the centre efficiently.
