Job Description :
Responsible for handling Inbound calls.
To ensure Customer Satisfaction.
To Process all telephone application and pass the details to the relevant team.

Desired Profile :

• Any degree with 6 months to 3 yrs of experience with excellent communication skill.
• Should have experience in handling inbound calls
• Should have experience in US accent.
• Prior work experience in handling overseas customer calls

Note: Pick and drop will be provided at doorstep.
Salary : 1 to 3 L max
Timing:
5.30 pm to 2.30 am
1.30 am to 10.30 am

Candidates who have min of 6 months experience in US (Voice) based inbound call centre
