Position : Java Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead/ Architects

Qualification : BE / B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA /MSc

Years of Exp. : 5 to 10 yrs

Skills: Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead

  • Must have strong skills in Core Java/Jsp/Servlets/any Framework
  • Should have worked on Designing (LLD or HLD)
  • Should have significant amount of experience in UML/Rational Rose/OOAD
  • Good hands on coding in Core Java
  • Good client interpersonal skill required
  • Should Posses Excellent Communication skills.

Skills: Java Architects

  • Expert knowledge of J2EE Technologies and Design Patterns. (SDLC/Design Methodology)
  • Must have ability to actively contribute to the exchange of ideas.
  • Good familiarity of frameworks like: Hibernate, Spring etc.
  • The Architect is responsible for providing architectural solutions.
  • Must be able to understand and analyze the customer requirements and come up with comprehensive architectural solutions and consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Must have the ability to mentor and guide technical teams with a focus to grow the technical leadership within teams.
  • Should be specialized in Object Oriented Technology, Enterprise architecture, Methodologies, Design Patterns & Best Practices
  • Design and Implementation of Design Patterns and reusable software components and frameworks under J2EE architecture
  • Should have experience in trouble shooting of the applications and fine tuning different layers of the system for scalability.
  • Must be well versed with various design patterns and must have implemented them in multiple customer engagements.
