Position : Java Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead/ Architects
Qualification : BE / B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA /MSc
Years of Exp. : 5 to 10 yrs
Skills: Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead
- Must have strong skills in Core Java/Jsp/Servlets/any Framework
- Should have worked on Designing (LLD or HLD)
- Should have significant amount of experience in UML/Rational Rose/OOAD
- Good hands on coding in Core Java
- Good client interpersonal skill required
- Should Posses Excellent Communication skills.
Skills: Java Architects
- Expert knowledge of J2EE Technologies and Design Patterns. (SDLC/Design Methodology)
- Must have ability to actively contribute to the exchange of ideas.
- Good familiarity of frameworks like: Hibernate, Spring etc.
- The Architect is responsible for providing architectural solutions.
- Must be able to understand and analyze the customer requirements and come up with comprehensive architectural solutions and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Must have the ability to mentor and guide technical teams with a focus to grow the technical leadership within teams.
- Should be specialized in Object Oriented Technology, Enterprise architecture, Methodologies, Design Patterns & Best Practices
- Design and Implementation of Design Patterns and reusable software components and frameworks under J2EE architecture
- Should have experience in trouble shooting of the applications and fine tuning different layers of the system for scalability.
- Must be well versed with various design patterns and must have implemented them in multiple customer engagements.
