Designation: Technical Help Executives
Roles/Responsibilities:
Incumbent recruited against this requirement will be responsible for:
1. The Technical Helpdesk Coordinator will act as the single point of contact to the customer/users for all IT related requirements.
2. The Technical Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for providing first level support on Desktops, Peripherals, Servers and Office automation products.
3. For first level administration of desktops, Laptops etc.
4. For troubleshooting on Applications and Operating Systems.
5. Log all the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
6. Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor.
7. Keeping track of inventory in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined.
8. Report generation as per the process defined.
