- 2 to 4 years of hands on design/development experience
- Good working knowledge of OOAD
- Hands on product development knowledge is a must

- Understanding of BizTalk architecture as product.
- Thorough awareness and hands-on BizTalk concepts like Maps, Orchestrations, Pipelines, schemas, messages, ports, shapes, Adapters, Functoids etc.
- Understanding BizTalk installation and related dependencies
